The Matcher Limited acknowledges and values the intellectual property rights of others, and we anticipate that our users will do the same when utilizing our Services. This policy outlines the procedure for submitting complaints regarding content found on our Services.
This policy is an integral component of our Terms of Service and is subject to its provisions. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall carry the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
Copyright Claims
Notices
Our Terms of Service strictly prohibit the infringement of someone else’s copyright. If you have any doubts about whether any material on our Services violates your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice. If you genuinely believe that any material accessible on our Services infringes your copyright, you (or your representative) can formally notify our designated Copyright Agent in writing at the following address:

For your notice to be effective, it must be in written form and include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work that has been allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of such works.
- Sufficient information to identify the material on our Services that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Please provide details that will enable us to locate the material accurately.
- Contact information of the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement expressing your good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement affirming that the information provided in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
We reserve the right to notify our subscribers of alleged copyright infringement through various means. This may include sending notices through our Software Service, via email, or by sending a written communication to the physical address we have on record for the subscriber. The chosen method of notification will depend on the circumstances and available contact information associated with the subscriber’s account.
Counter Notices
If you receive a notice of alleged copyright infringement from us, you have the option to provide a counter-notification in writing to our Copyright Agent. To ensure the effectiveness of your counter-notification, it must be provided in writing to our Copyright Agent and must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes arising from the copyright infringement claim.
Please refrain from making false claims of copyright infringement. There may be legal consequences for knowingly providing misleading information or misrepresenting material or activity as infringing under the applicable laws in Hong Kong.
The Matcher Limited has a policy to address repeat infringement cases or instances where subscribers are repeatedly accused of copyright infringement. In such appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the accounts of these subscribers.
Trademark Claims

To ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, it is important to refrain from infringing on someone else’s trademark rights. If you have concerns about whether any material on our Services violates your trademark rights, we recommend seeking legal advice for clarification. If you genuinely believe that material available on our Services infringes your trademark, you or your authorized agent can notify us in writing at the following address:

Please note that there may be legal requirements for the information to be included in your trademark infringement notice. Therefore, it is advisable to seek legal advice before submitting a claim of this nature. At a minimum, your written notice should include the following details:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of an individual authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
- Trademark name, registration number (if applicable), registration country, and legal owner.
- Description of the location on our Services where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Description of how the trademark is being infringed.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, declaring that (a) you own the trademarks that are being alleged as infringed, or you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner; (b) the information provided in your notice to The Matcher Limited is accurate and complete; and (c) you have a good faith belief that the use of the trademark as described in the notice is not authorized by the trademark owner or permitted under applicable law.
Please note that it may be beneficial to directly contact the individual or entity responsible for the content you believe to be infringing before submitting a notice to us. By doing so, you may be able to resolve the matter without our involvement. However, please be aware that if you choose to contact them directly instead of submitting a claim to us, we will not receive a copy of your message and will not be informed of the issue.
The Matcher Limited will thoroughly review all properly submitted claims, which may result in the removal of reported content from our Services. In certain cases, The Matcher Limited may, at its sole discretion, remove the content before contacting the party who posted it. If the content is removed, the party who posted it will be notified by The Matcher Limited, informing them that the content was removed due to your claim. The Matcher Limited will provide them with a copy of your submission, including the contact information you provided, the name of your organization or representation, if applicable, and the contents of your claim.
